Meet Stephanie Holstein

Public servant, organizer, believer

Stephanie is a returned Peace Corps volunteer. In Uganda she witnessed resourcefulness, ingenuity, and collectivism between neighbors and across communities that changed her forever. She's been chasing that social support, that shared responsibility ever since.

Stephanie is an unjustifiably fired federal worker. As you know, Stephanie along with 300,000 workers, disproportionately Black women, were fired in the name of government savings despite record high spending elsewhere… sound familiar? Stephanie has gone through months without health insurance and a paycheck like too many of her neighbors across SC.

Stephanie is a young woman afraid to grow her family here. The constant push for restrictions on reproductive freedom and the creation of barriers for women and children to access healthcare is unacceptable.

Stephanie is running because District 30 deserves a choice. You deserve leadership that puts an end to distractions, focuses on issues that impact your daily life, and works for the majority, not around it.
